Newcastle will send multiple scouts to watch in-form Ligue 1 playmaker Wahbi Khazri over the next few weeks, according to the Chronicle .
The 24-year-old goalscoring midfielder has been in scintillating form so far this season, with four goals and five assists in just 12 games.
Hailing from Tunisia, Khazri has also caught the eye of Everton and Swansea, who are both said to be preparing January bids for his services.

This man could be the perfect solution to the Magpies’ undeniable issues in the middle of the park. He would, without doubt, bring energy and creativity to the midfield – and these are attributes that Steve McClaren would love to have at his disposal.
The Tunisian powerhouse stands at 6’0 tall, and his pace and attacking nouse has earned him many plaudits. Toon scouts will cast an eye over Khazri at Bordeaux’s match against Stade Rennais this weekend.
Unsurprisingly, there seems to be a lot of interest from other clubs around Europe, so Newcastle will have to do their utmost in order to secure any kind of deal for the player.
