Liverpool are going to make a bid for Newcastle United midfielder, Moussa Sissoko, according to Mark Dobson of The Guardian.

It was reported yesterday that Liverpool were interested in the French international, and it looks like they’re about to bid for him.

Rafael Benitez’s side are aware of the interest in their player, and value Sissoko at around £23m, which seems way too much for Liverpool to pay.
Frenchman Sissoko has featured in 113 games for Newcastle United, netting 11 times since making the switch from Ligue 1 side Toulouse in 2013.
The 26-year-old is still on duty with the French national team at the European Championships.
