Newcastle United have agreed on a new kit deal with a luxury supplier, according to a report from Sportcal.com, as per the Chronicle Live.
The industry report claims the Magpies will begin a new ‘multi-year’ sponsorship deal with British company Castore, starting in 2021.
The suppliers are a luxury sports firm that currently supplies Scottish Premiership side Rangers, and whose kits are readily available via Sports Direct stores, owned by wantaway Toon owner Mike Ashley.
Current kit suppliers Puma have a deal with the Tyneside club that is due to expire at the end of the current season, ending an 11-year association with the St James’ Park side, and it seems the successors may already be in place.

Albeit not your average football fan’s idea of news, recently off-field matters, certainly at Newcastle have become almost as important as on-field.
Whilst there is no direct link to Ashley and the reported new kit supplier, Magpies fans may be wary of the current incumbent of the club still sanctioning deals as he attempts to move on from the club.
Liverpool are a prime example of a club that have got their house in order off the pitch and it having a positive impact on on-field results, perhaps this is a model Newcastle are attempting to follow.
