Hull City have reportedly lowered their asking price for Newcastle target Jarrod Bowen, with Leeds United the only team to make an offer for the player as things stand.
That’s according to Aaron Stokes of the Daily Star, who claims that the Championship side initially wanted as much as £28 million for the player.
Stokes would later tweet that Hull are now demanding between £18m and £22m in the final days of the January window.
Newcastle, Leeds and West Brom have all been linked with Bowen throughout January, with his contract at Hull due to expire in the summer.
The 23-year-old is a man in demand this month after an impressive season for Hull so far, scoring 17 times in all competitions, while also registering seven assists (WhoScored).
It remains to be seen if the Magpies will make a move for the player by the end of the transfer window, but these Newcastle supporters on social media believe he could be a great signing for Bruce’s squad.
