Former Newcastle and Tottenham favourite David Ginola has revealed his aspirations to go into management.
Speaking about his plans, as cited on social media by Newcastle Fan TV, Ginola talked up his hopes of taking over at St James’ Park.
While he lacks of managerial experience, he remains a popular figure with fans and judging by these reactions, he would be welcomed back at the club with open arms.

Read Newcastle verdict
While it may all be very tongue in cheek from these Newcastle fans, it tells you everything you need to know about where Steve Bruce ranks in their managerial history if these fans want him to be replaced by someone who is still taking their badges!
Bringing back former club favourites can always be a dangerous move and although it’s one we’re seeing more and more often in the Premier League, it’s unlikely that Ginola is the man that Newcastle need.
If things are to turn sour under Bruce, Newcastle will be in the market for a reliable, experienced pair of hands to take over.
A manager with Premier League know-how will be crucial to keeping the club in the division. While that may all come for Ginola in years to come, both parties shouldn’t be looking to make Newcastle his first job.
