Newcastle have reached an agreement with Ligue 1 side Amiens over a deal to sign Emil Krafth.
Sky Sports News reporter Keith Downie claims that the fee for the player is in the region of £5 million and fans have been quick to have their say on the business as Steve Bruce continues to put the finishing touches on his squad.

For the relatively low fee, this looks like a low-risk move from Newcastle, who are bringing in an experienced defender that can add quality to the squad.
Question marks remain over the futures of DeAndre Yedlin and Javier Manquillo, with the latter likely to be moved on to make room for Krafth.
Yedlin has been a little haphazard at times during his Newcastle career and Steve Bruce will be hoping that Krafth is a reliable figure at the back.
Fans will be quick to ask why the club are looking to sign another right-sided defender when other areas still need to be strengthened, but Krafth looks ready to push for a starting spot after impressing with Sweden and in France most recently.
