Leeds United will enter discussions with Inter Milan over the possibility of signing Newcastle target Facundo Colidio – so should the Magpies also firm up their initial interest?
According to FC Inter News, cited by Sports Witness, Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa is a big fan of his fellow countryman, with officials from both sides set to meet to discuss a potential deal on Friday.

The report also suggests that Newcastle are keen on the player, with Inter valuing the player between €8-10million.

It looks set to be a busy last week in the window for the Magpies. They’ve already smashed their club-record to bring in Brazilain striker Joelinton from Hoffenheim, and Steve Bruce is keen to bolster his squad with several arrivals.
A move for Colidio could be a smart one. The former Boca Juniors forward appears to be a future star, despite failing to turn out in a competitive first-team encounter during his two-year stint at Inter.
The 19-year-old has excelled in the club’s academy sides, which has been rewarded with an inclusion in the senior side during Milan’s current pre-season fixtures.
The youngster featured briefly against both Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain after a free-scoring campaign in the youth side.
Colidio netted 12 times in 25 appearances last season, including a goal a game in the UEFA Youth League.
The Argentine would more than likely be keen on a move to the Premier League with the Magpies, however, the club will first need to firm up their interest and see off competition from Leeds, a move they should make.
