Newcastle have been linked with a potential switch for Juventus midfielder Stefano Sturaro, according to reports in Italy.
Goal Italia report that Rafa Benitez is an admirer of Sturaro, with the Spaniard looking to bring the Italian midfielder to St James Park this Summer.
Juventus are likely to sell the midfielder, with many clubs such as Wolfsburg and Eintracht Frankfurt also looking at Sturaro.

Juiventus are apparently seeking over €20 million for the midfielder, with Newcastle aiming to pay only €14 million for the Italian’s services.
However, with Juventus looking to sell Sturaro, a deal is very likely to be agreed with one of the players’ many suitors.
Sturaro has been a fringe player for Juventus, struggling to force his way inside the starting eleven with many world-class stars littering the Juventus side.
West Ham have also been linked with the midfielder, with his exit from Turin almost certain this Summer.
