Galatasaray player Garry Rodrigues has said that any team who wants to sign the player will be required to make an offer of at least €15m, as reported by Turkish news outlet Mynet.
The 27-year-old has been linked with a move to Newcastle in the summer after the Toon made an offer for the player in the recent January window.
The midfielder has made 20 appearances this season, netting three goals in the process, and has played a key role for his team this season.

Newcastle saw a bid rejected last month as Galatasaray manager Faith Terim was not keen on losing one of his star men at this stage of the season.
The Magpies also attempted to sign the player in the summer but saw a €6 million bid rejected if reports are to be believed.
Newcastle would’ve needed to have paid a similar fee which Stoke paid to bring in Badou Ndiaye from Galatasaray, which relates to what Rodrigues said.
The 27-year-old explained his situation.
I will not go for less than €15m.
