Stefano Sturaro’s agent reveals Premier League talks

The agent of Newcastle United target Stefano Sturaro has confirmed that Premier League teams are interested in the Italian midfielder, as reported by Tribal Football.

The central midfielder has attracted a whole host of interest from clubs all around Europe throughout the summer, including Newcastle, Napoli and Everton.

Chances have been limited so far this season for the 24-year-old as he has played just seven first-team games which included just one start in Serie A.

The Turin club have a lot of options in the midfield which has resulted in Sturraro being frustrated and looking to move on when the chances come.

The midfielder’s agent Carlo Volpi spoke about the situation of the player on a potential move for the player.

Juventus have a team strong enough to be highly competitive for Serie A, Coppa Italia and CL, Stefano has already played both in CL and in Serie A this year and he wants to train even harder in order to be ready when his moment comes.

He confirmed interest from other clubs as the January window prepares to open in the coming weeks.

There are clubs from the Premier [League] which made clear they are interested in Stefano, it would be unfair to name them but the news is coming out. January is imminent. But there are many important games to play and Stefano is highly focused on his role in the team.
