Newcastle star Aleksandar Mitrovic has admitted that he could leave the club this summer if the right offer was to be made, reports the Daily Star.
Newcastle boss Rafa Benitez is ready to move the £13 million signing on if a substantial bid is made.
When asked about his future, Mitrovic said:
I don’t know about my future. I heard something about other clubs but for now I just want to rest. If some good offers come in for me – which are also good for the club – over the summer then we will speak about it.
Mitrovic added:
If it doesn’t happen then I’m still a Newcastle player, I have three years on my contract.
Mitrovic bagged just six goals in 29 appearances for the Magpies last season, scoring only twice since November after being Benitez’ second choice striker behind Dwight Gayle.
Turkish side Fenerbache are said to be interested in signing the Serbian who has scored five goals in his last four matches at international level.
