Newcastle United’s 4-1 victory over Preston North End secured automatic promotion for the Magpies, meaning they’ll be playing in the Premier League next season.
Under the management of Rafa Benitez, Newcastle gained promotion at the first time of action and sent St James’ Park into a scene of massive joy.
