According to HLN journalist Niels Poissonnier, West Ham target Matz Sels is in England to seal a move to Newcastle today.

West Ham, Leicester, Southampton and Middlesbrough were thought to be interested in Sels, but it now appears that he is to join Newcastle in the coming days.
Poissonnier says that Sels has travelled to England for his medical so that he can complete his move to Newcastle.
It will be seen as an odd move, with many Premier League clubs thought to be keen on landing his signature this summer. Newcastle were relegated to the Championship last season, meaning this would be a massive coup for the Championship side if they can push the deal over the line.
