Moussa Sissoko has welcomed the possibility of further spending by Newcastle in the upcoming January transfer window, claiming that he would be “happy” if United brought in more players.
The enigmatic Frenchman has been relatively inconsistent in his performances for the Magpies this season, with he and his teammates hoping for a much better 2016.

Newcastle have plunged into the relegation zone under summer appointment Steve McClaren, after a gut-wrenching loss to Everton last Saturday.
United’s last game of 2015 will come against Tony Pulis’ sturdy West Bromwich Albion side at the Hawthorns, in what is a huge game for both clubs.

Speaking to the Shields Gazette, Sissoko spoke about the possibility of reinforcements arriving next month:
“We will see. The owner and the staff will be making the decisions.”
If they are able to bring good players in, we would be happy about that.
“They will decide if they need to bring players in or not. That is not our decision, it is the staff’s.”
