With Euro 2016 qualifying over, players from across Europe are now fully focused on earning their place in France next summer.

Each country will be able to take a 23-man squad to France – which must include at least three goalkeepers. The deadline for naming the squad is May 31st 2016, so the players have plenty of time to impress their national team’s manager.
Should a player named in the squad suffer a ‘serious injury or illness’ after the deadline, UEFA will review the situation and a replacement may be permitted.
We already know that Newcastle’s Dutch contingent will not be heading to France next summer, but there are still plenty of other Newcastle stars hopeful of securing a place at Euro 2016.
