Newcastle United Women quickly turn their attention to cup action with a trip to Aston Villa on Wednesday night.
Tanya Oxtoby’s side travel to Keys Park in Hednesford on Wednesday, 30 September, with kick-off scheduled for 7.30pm BST.
It will be Newcastle’s opening fixture in the newly formatted Subway Players Cup following their excellent start to the WSL2 campaign.
Newcastle United have confirmed the full ticket details for supporters making the trip.

- Adults aged 25+: £10
- Ages 18-25: £7
- Under-18s: £5
Aston Villa have advised Newcastle supporters to purchase tickets from the Main Stand ticket office on matchday. It opens 90 minutes before kick-off.
The Heath Hayes End is terrace standing only and does not have seating.
Newcastle head into the fixture after an impressive opening month under Oxtoby, having already established themselves among WSL2’s early pace-setters.
Villa will represent a step up in opposition, with the hosts competing in the Women’s Super League.
The new Players Cup format guarantees Newcastle six league-phase fixtures, including later games against Sunderland, Everton, Durham, Nottingham Forest and Manchester United.
Wednesday therefore provides Oxtoby’s side with an immediate opportunity to test themselves against top-flight opposition.
