Andy Carroll posted a short video on his Instagram stories featuring Callum Wilson asking for him to remove some content from his phone.
It’s unknown what the content was, but Wilson wasn’t happy that it was shared to the wider public. He didn’t mind friends seeing it but wanted the content removed after finding out Carroll had shown a lot more people.

The short clip ends with Wilson trying to grab Carroll’s phone, presumably to delete whatever was bothering him, but his watching teammates find the incident humorous and can’t stop laughing.
Carroll has made 22 appearances in all competitions this season, scoring one goal. He’s only racked up 381 minutes of Premier League football, however, as the majority of his appearances have come from the bench.
Steve Bruce has preferred Wilson, Dwight Gayle and Joelinton in attack, so Carroll’s future at St James’ Park looks precarious. His contract is up this summer and it’s hard to see why Newcastle would renew it based on the lack of playing time in 2020/21, so this might be it.
