Newcastle are reportedly considering recalling forward Elias Sorenson from his loan spell at Carlisle this season.
Reports claim that Newcastle are unhappy with the amount of game time he has had this season, which is making them contemplate a recall in January.

Why?
Twitter: @ChronicleNUFC He’s showing amazing potential, yet no club wants to play him. He’s surely better than what they have so why not play him. (@idanzuk)
Well…
Twitter: @ChronicleNUFC He has not even shown potential during his loan spell against poor quality opponents so that tells you everything about him (@gmansmile)

Another Campbell…

To completely write him off at the age of 20 would be unfair, but it is worrying that he is not making an impact in the lower reaches of the Football League.
He only made one appearance on loan to Blackpool last term and has managed six for Carlisle so far, scoring zero goals. Maybe he needs some more time in the youth set-up before going back out on loan to another Football League side in order to make his breakthrough.
