Newcastle boss Steve Bruce has played down injuries to Fabian Schar and Andy Carroll by claiming that they are not serious.
Bruce says that they have minor knocks which will only rule them out of the clash with Wolves on Sunday.

Carroll came to Newcastle with a reputation for being injured, after several injury problems during his time with West Ham. He has already picked up two knocks since joining Newcastle in the summer and is yet to start his first game for the club – during his second spell.
The forward would be a useful member of the squad when available, given his ability in the air and finishing prowess. Newcastle are lacking goals and losing Carroll to an injury is just blow for Steve Bruce.
