READ NEWCASTLE VERDICT
It is always good to see young players impressing out on loan, so Aarons making his full debut for Wycombe is a positive. For him to do it in a win over Newcastle’s rivals Sunderland makes it all the sweeter.
Newcastle will be delighted that he is beginning to get regular game time in League One, as it may mean that there is more interest in him for a permanent move away from the club. Aarons was not in Steve Bruce’s plans in the summer, which indicates that he may not have a long-term future at St. James’ Park.
