ESPN pundit Alejandro Moreno has claimed that Newcastle will be relegated this season after their “luck runs out”.
Moreno claims that Newcastle have been lucky to pick up points and that they will end the campaign in the bottom three of the Premier League.

READ NEWCASTLE VERDICT
You can see where Moreno is coming from, in a sense. Tottenham and Manchester United missed big chances and Newcastle scored from very little to win the games, so you could chalk it down to luck.
Newcastle were also very fortunate to draw with Watford, as their equalising goal should have been ruled out by VAR for handball. However, Newcastle have put in some hard-working performances and deserve their current points tally, as it stands.
Whether they will continue to be able to pick up points remains to be seen, with plenty of the season left to play.
