Almiron has now been booked three times for diving for club and country this season. For context, that is three times as many goals he has scored for club and country in 2019.
The attacking midfielder is struggling to produce on the pitch and is resorting to dives in order to win fouls, and failing at that as well. He needs to cut out the deception from his game and start concentrating on improving his end product, instead of trying to con referees.
