Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante suffered an injury prior to France’s clash with Iceland, as reported on the Daily Mail.
Kante only recently returned from injury but he suffered a muscle problem when warming up ahead of the Euro 2020 qualifier.

The former Leicester City man was replaced in the starling XI by Tottenham’s Moussa Sissoko.
The news will be celebrated by Newcastle, who take on the Blues next weekend at Stamford Bridge.
Does this give Newcastle more hope of getting something from the game?

Absolutely. Kante is one of the world’s best in his position and without him, Chelsea will be lacking that extra bit of quality in the middle of the pitch.
His energy levels will also be missed, meaning the Magpies could find a bit more space and time on the ball.
The Blues have a top-quality squad but if Kante’s injury is serious enough to see him miss the clash, the Steve Bruce will be confident of getting something from the match.
