Newcastle academy goalkeeper Daniel Langley has said that he would be really excited to play at St. James’ Park if given the opportunity.
The young shot-stopper has been in impressive form this season, although the under-23 side lost 1-0 to Swansea earlier this week.

Should Langley be given a chance in the first-team?
Possibly, but only in the cup competitions. With question marks over Karl Darlow’s future, due to his contract expiring next summer, it could be wise to hand Langley his debut in the FA Cup in January.
At this moment in time, the first-team number one jersey is Martin Dubravka’s. He has earned his spot as the first-choice at Newcastle and been one of the club’s best performers over the last 18 months or so.
