The concerns raised by these fans are valid, given that the players play completely different roles. Tielemans is more of an attacking outlet for Leicester, whilst Hayden is relied on in midfield to be the defensive anchor for Newcastle.
Hayden has, however, impressed this season and been one of Newcastle’s better performers. Both him and Tielemans are good players in their own right, but trying to compare them is pointless, given the reasons listed above.
