Newcastle are confident that Jamie Sterry, Henri Saviet and Jack Colback will all leave the club in the January transfer window.
According to The Chronicle, via NothingButNewcastle, Steve Bruce expects all three to find new homes for the second half of the campaign.
The report claims that they are currently out of favour at Newcastle and looking to leave St. James’ Park for regular game time.

Is it the right call to let them leave?

Yes. Saviet and Colback are too far down the pecking order in terms of central midfielders to break into the squad, with the likes of Sean Longstaff, Ki, Jonjo Shelvey and Isaac Hayden ahead of them.
Sterry needs a loan to gain experience, after playing four times in the cup competitions for Newcastle last season. Emil Krafth, DeAndre Yedlin and Javier Manquillo are ahead of him in the right-back position.
This means that it makes sense for them to all leave in the next transfer window and move on to pastures new. The challenge for Newcastle now is to find clubs willing to take them, so they can also save wages to add to their own transfer funds to bolster the squad.
