Who would be the better signing for Newcastle?
Lopes managed four goals in 29 games for Monaco last season, whilst Bowen scored 22 in the Championship for Hull. The latter has also been on fire so far this season, scoring four times in seven games, whilst Lopes has failed to register a goal or an assist since his move to Sevilla in Spain.
Looking at the numbers, it would appear as though Bowen would be the better option for Newcastle. He also has the advantage of experience in England, although Lopes did make a smattering of appearances for Manchester City during his brief spell in the first-team.
