Almiron has had a tough time of life since his move to Newcastle from Atlanta back in January, with the midfielder yet to manage a goal or an assist.
However, this goal for his country could give him the confidence he needs to begin performing in the Premier League this season. Although, he is unlikely to start against Liverpool – who have won all four of their games in the league so far this term, and lost once during the 2018/19 league campaign.
