Newcastle defender Paul Dummett has revealed that he would like to stay at the club for the rest of his career.

The central defender is a product of the Newcastle academy and has played over 150 times for the club in all competitions.

If he can keep up his early-season form, there is no reason why he can’t stay at Newcastle and be a key player for the rest of his career!
He has been playing on the left side of the back three in Steve Bruce’s system, operating as a centre-back rather than where he started his career – as a left-back.
Dummett was particularly impressive against Tottenham in Newcastle’s 1-0 win, as he was dominant in the air and made numerous clearances from dangerous crosses into the box.
