Joelinton scored the only goal of the game on Sunday as Newcastle picked up their first win of the season.
Steve Bruce’s side ran out 1-0 winners against Tottenham at their new stadium, following losses to Arsenal and Norwich in the opening two matches of the campaign.
There was an interesting moment in the first-half, aside from the goal, when Matt Ritchie ran over to Christian Atsu on the floor and appeared to kick him in the ribs.
These Newcastle fans reacted to the incident…

Whilst it is great to see players showing passion out on the pitch during games, maybe Ritchie needs to calm himself down a bit!
He may not have hurt Atsu, but there was a chance he could have! The winger is certainly fiery, but he could leave his aggression for the opposition attackers rather than his own teammates!
