Jetro Willems certainly had a rather unfortunate debut for Newcastle during their 1-0 defeat to Arsenal on Sunday.
The left-back was introduced to the Newcastle faithful in the second-half, but his mistake allowed Arsenal to break quickly and open the scoring through Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Those watching the game were quick to react to the Dutchman’s mistake on Twitter, with many Newcastle supporters also venting their frustrations.

Willems was certainly caught napping in the build-up to the Aubameyang goal, which proved to be the winner.
The full-back also failed to offer much in terms of attacking output, in what was a rather disappointing day for the Dutchman.
