Arsenal are waiting patiently to discover if either Alexandre Lacazette or Nicolas Pepe will be passed fit to face Newcastle on Sunday.
As reported by Ben Dinnery, the club will make a late call on both players before deciding whether or not they are fit to feature.
With Arsenal clearly hoping to give both players as much time as possible, what does this mean for Newcastle?

It’ll be a major blow for Arsenal if the duo aren’t available this weekend and the deal to sell Alex Iwobi to Everton could leave Unai Emery with a tricky decision to make.
He may be forced into bringing in an academy player or shake up his attacking options.
Arsenal could bring one or both of them off the bench but not having them available from the start does favour Newcastle.
While the Gunners would still remain huge favourites for the clash, Steve Bruce’s side will need every bit of luck that they can get to come away with three points on Sunday.
After an exciting end to the transfer window, spirits will be high at Arsenal so it will take something to derail that hope, but it remains to be seen if Newcastle will have enough about them.
