Newcastle are being linked with a last-minute move to sign Francois Kamano from Bordeaux.
According to L’Equipe, as cited on Get French Football News, the player is available for €15 million, with the Ligue 1 side ‘hoping for a quick sale’.
Should the Magpies look to bring in the winger or would this be another panic buy in the final stages of the transfer window?

Kamano has been a player that has really threatened to break through in France for some time.
He has been linked with the likes of Southampton and Watford in the past, but nothing has ever really materialised with the winger.
With the Guinea international, the potential is there, but whether or not he realises that in the Premier League remains to be seen.
He would add an element of strength in depth to Steve Bruce’s squad – something they have been looking to address. However, it’s unlikely that he will be a player that would arrive and immediately improve the starting XI, especially after the summer arrival of Allan-Saint Maximin.
