# Newcastle agree Saint-Maximin deal – where will he and other targets fit in?

Newcastle have reportedly agreed a deal to sign Allan Saint-Maximin, with [reports in France](https://t.co/m9rPG7bSJU) suggesting an official announcement is close.

Saint-Maximin has been heavily linked with a summer move to St James’ Park, so where will the player fit in at the club?

The Frenchman is set to join from Nice and form a new-look Newcastle attack alongside both Joelinton and Miguel Almiron, with the latter entering his first full season of Premier League football.

Saint-Maximin is among a number of players believed on the club’s radar and he could be followed by a few more arrivals before the end of the transfer window.

Bruce has been experimenting with a 3-5-2 system during pre-season, but will that be the system we see line up against Arsenal?

With the new Premier League season nearly upon us, we’ve taken a look at how Newcastle could line up with both Saint-Maximin and some of their other transfer targets in the team.
