Newcastle agree Saint-Maximin deal – where will he and other targets fit in?

Newcastle have reportedly agreed a deal to sign Allan Saint-Maximin, with reports in France suggesting an official announcement is close.

Saint-Maximin has been heavily linked with a summer move to St James’ Park, so where will the player fit in at the club?

The Frenchman is set to join from Nice and form a new-look Newcastle attack alongside both Joelinton and Miguel Almiron, with the latter entering his first full season of Premier League football.

Saint-Maximin is among a number of players believed on the club’s radar and he could be followed by a few more arrivals before the end of the transfer window.
