Can you name the Newcastle team which beat Aston Villa on this day in 2017?

On this day two years ago, Newcastle took a big step towards promotion with an important 2-0 win at home to Aston Villa.

This game will be remembered for Henri Lansbury’s own goal sealing the win, much to the delight of the Geordie fans.

Lansbury had previously exaggerated his antics while playing for Nottingham Forest, which resulted in United pair Paul Dummett and Jonjo Shelvey being sent off in a 2-1 defeat at the City Ground.

We want to know how much you can remember from this win, so we’ve created this quiz.

Just name the 13 players who featured for the Magpies in the game, you’ll have four minutes to get them all.

Good luck!
