Newcastle are starting to show an interest in signing Crystal Palace midfielder Jason Puncheon on loan until the end of the season.
According to NewsShopper, Newcastle, Southampton and Norwich are all keen on a deal for the experienced Englishman.
Puncheon has fallen out of favour at Palace this season under Roy Hodgson and looks set to leave Selhurst Park on loan this month.
The 32-year-old, Puncheon, has made over 100 Premier League appearances for Palace and could provide some much-needed experience to Rafa Benitez’s attack.

Newcastle have struggled at times this season and are looking to sign some reinforcements this month to secure their Premier League status for another season.
Kenedy has often failed to deliver on the wing for Newcastle this season and bore the brunt of the home support with his performances.
Puncheon could add an extra dimension to Newcastle’s midfield and offer them something different when Benitez wants to change the game.
