Nottingham Forest are interested in a deal to re-sign goalkeeper Karl Darlow and are expected to rival Leeds for the shot-stopper.
According to Football Insider, the goalkeeper is a man in demand and Forest are keen to snap him up in January.
Leeds have been heavily linked with a move for Darlow but the race to sign him is beginning to heat up.
Darlow has fallen out of favour at Newcastle and is finding game time hard to come by with Martin Dubravka comfortably holding down the number one spot at St James’ Park.

With the club also excited about the development of Freddie Woodman, it is hard to see where Darlow features in their plans going forward.
Despite being once highly-rated at Forest, Darlow has seen his career stall since his big Premier League move.
Forest, who themselves boast promotion aspirations, are keen to offer him a route back to his boyhood club.
