Premier League club Newcastle United are currently monitoring the situation of FC Porto’s attacking midfielder Yacine Brahimi, according to a report on HITC, who quote Portuguese news outlet O Jogo.
The midfielder can also operate as a winger and is the subject of interest from several Premier League sides, including Everton and West Ham United.

The Algerian is no stranger to interest from Premier League sides as a few years ago, the likes of Liverpool and Manchester United were being linked with a move for him.
Brahimi has been one of Porto’s star men ever since moving to the Portuguese giants in 2014. He has managed to score 44 goals for the club.
His current contract with the club expires at the end of the season and it doesn’t look like he will be extending his deal.
This means that the Premier League sides are free to begin negotiating with him in January ahead of a potential free transfer in the summer.
