Newcastle United are believed to have sent scouts out to Greece as they continue to monitor Olympiakos midfielder Mady Camara.
The Magpies, according to reputable Twitter news source Scouts in Attendance, sent a representative to watch on as Olympiakos faced off with AEK Athens in the top-flight of Greek football.

It’s believed that Camara was the primary subject of their scouting mission, with plans clearly being made ahead of upcoming transfer windows.
Camara, who is an international for his native Guinea, is a player who operates primarily as the deepest midfielder in his side, but it also capable of playing as a central defender.
The 21-year-old has been catching the eye with some impressive displays for Olympiakos in recent times and it seems Newcastle’s attention has been caught by the youngster.
Rafa Benitez’s side could face competition in their apparent pursuit of Camara, though. It’s claimed that scouts from Stuttgart and Empoli were also watching on as Olympiakos drew 1-1 with AEK Athens.
