Newcastle United youngster Rolando Aarons faces a spell on the sidelines after seeing a move to Bulgaria fall through.
Chronicle Live reports that the young winger had been hoping to secure a last-minute move to Bulgaria, with their transfer window only closing on Thursday night.
Aarons is not in Rafa Benitez’s plans this season and had been told by Newcastle bosses to find a loan move away from the club in order to play regular first-team football.

A host of clubs from both England, Scotland and France were said to be keen on the player, but no deal materialised.
Despite once being tipped for big things at the club, Aarons now sees his immediate Newcastle future appearing bleaker and bleaker.
The player was snubbed from the club’s Premier League squad list, meaning he is expected to play very little game time between now and the new year, something that will only stall his development further.
