Matt Ritchie has emerged as a £15 million transfer target for both Stoke and Middlesbrough, according to The Telegraph.
Both Tony Pulis and Gary Rowett are keen to land the Scottish international who played a key role in securing Newcastle’s promotion from the second tier.
The winger’s Premier League experience shown through as he helped the Magpies secure an instant return to the top flight.
There is also thought to be interest from Bournemouth, Ritchie’s former side, who could offer him the chance to stay in the Premier League.

Ritchie was a regular for Newcastle last season and the report claims that he will need some convincing to give up the chance to play top-flight football next season.
They also claim that Rafa Benitez is not looking to sell the player, but accepts that £15 million will boost his own transfer kitty as he looks to strengthen the squad over the summer.
