According to The Chronicle, Chelsea are considering letting Newcastle take a player on loan from the club for the third season in-a-row.
Christian Atsu and Kenedy are both players who have joined Newcastle on loan from Chelsea, and both found success.
Newcastle are now looking at Loftus-Cheek to join that list next season, with Rafa Benitez a big fan of the midfielder.
Loftus-Cheek is currently away on England duty but looks set for a big decision over his future when he returns from Russia.
The midfielder spent last season on loan to Crystal Palace, and impressed, in the Premier League.
He will be hoping to push on next season, even if that means he moves away from Chelsea again.
