Newcastle United have seen themselves priced out of a deal for Aston Villa star Jack Grealish.
Chronicle Live report that Newcastle were one of the teams named as a potential suitor for Grealish, who is widely expected to leave Villa this summer.
However, the cash-strapped Championship side are demanding upwards of £30 million for the player, leaving Newcastle with little chance of completing a deal.

Rafa Benitez has been keen to add some creative flair to his side during the summer window and Grealish was seen as a potential target.
Villa’s financial struggles in the Championship has alerted several Premier League sides to Grealish’s availability.
Grealish has attracted interest from the likes of Manchester United and Spurs in the past, with the latter now leading the race to sign him this summer.
Nottingham Forest’s Ben Osborn has been cited as a potential alternative to Grealish but Newcastle face competition from Stoke for the midfielder.
