Aston Villa star Jack Grealish has emerged as a potential target for Newcastle United this summer.
According to claims from the Mirror recently, the promising midfielder is set to leave Aston Villa this summer as they look to remedy their financial woes, with a host of Premier League clubs keen.
Tottenham Hotspur and Leicester City’s apparent interest in the player has been well-documented in recent weeks but the fresh reports indicate that Newcastle have also joined the race.

Rafa Benitez wants to add further attacking quality to the options at his disposal this summer and if reports are to be believed, Grealish is a player who the club hold in high regard.
It’s stated in the Mirror’s report that Newcastle ‘value the player at £25m’ – an outlay that would be somewhat out of character for a club of the Magpies’ financial structure.
Villa, though, are understood to be demanding in excess of £30m as they look to raise funds.
