Swanson is reporting that a number of clubs were interested in Mitrovic, with Anderlecht now sealing the deal. He will now head to Anderlecht to complete a medical and agree personal terms before the move is announced.

Mitrovic is set to leave Newcastle after failing to win over Rafa Benitez during his time at the club, with his temperament on the pitch becoming a big issue.
The forward has been involved in too many on the field incidents during his time at Newcastle, making him a liability on the pitch.
He will now look to rebuild his reputation during the second half of the season at Anderlecht, before potentially returning to Newcastle next season.
