A second Dubai-based investor is reportedly keen to buy Newcastle United Football Club from Mike Ashley.

The Daily Mail claims a second group, as well as Amanda Staveley’s PCP Capital Partners, are reviewing the club’s books but remain cautious due to the club’s position in the Premier League.

The report suggests that this group are able to match Mike Ashley’s asking price of £350 million but may hold off on making any official move until their Premier League status is secured this season.

Talks are set to continue with Mike Ashley when the Newcastle owner returns from a holiday in Miami.
