Barcelona have named their price for Newcastle target Jasper Cillessen.
According to a report from reliable Spanish news outlet Marca, as covered by Football Oranje, Barcelona will consider bids of €10 million and upwards.
The Magpies have been heavily linked with the Netherlands international in recent weeks, with Rafa Benitez still seemingly keen to strengthen his goalkeeping options.
Cillessen has been starved of game time since his move from Ajax to Barcelona and could seek an escape route out of the Nou Camp in January.
The 28-year-old has also been linked with a move to Portuguese giants Benfica but an offer from the Premier League could tempt him, as Newcastle aim to significantly bolster their options when the transfer window opens again.
It’s claimed by Marca that Barcelona are keen to lower their wage bill by trimming their squad, with Cillessen one of many who are in line for an exit.
Cillessen’s contract with Barcelona comes to an end in 2021.
