Newcastle have been told they will have to pay €20m if they want to secure the signing of Cenk Tosun from Besiktas.
According to Turkish outlet Haberturk, Newcastle have been informed Besiktas will not sell for anything under €20m.
The report also claims that fellow Premier League side Tottenham are interested in his signature.
Tosun has become a player of interest to many sides after his impressive performances for Besiktas last season, with Crystal Palace having been previously linked.

The forward scored 24 goals in all competitions last season, including 20 in the Turkish league and has scored five league goals so far this season.
Newcastle have turned their attentions to him as they eye up potential January signings.
Rafa Benitez made it clear he was unhappy with transfer dealings in the summer and will be hoping to rectify that in the winter window.
Spanish striker Joselu is currently the club’s first-choice striker.
