Newcastle United manager Rafa Benitez has no intention of leaving England any time soon.
The Magpies boss spoke to leading Spanish news outlet Marca, and ruled out a return to his homeland in the near future, insisting that he was happy to be managing in the Premier League.
I like the way football is understood here, its organisation. I, as I said, am methodical and the things here are done following protocols. In England, football has more logic in terms of its organisation.
Benitez has done a stellar job with Newcastle, helping them back up to the Premier League and overseeing what has been a positive return to the top flight so far this season.
Although, there have been several reports of discontent from the ex-Liverpool boss in recent months, with claims made that he does not have a particularly good relationship with the hierarchy at the club.
There is more sense and more planning here, and that helps me to be more successful.
Benitez has been linked with moves to other Premier League clubs, such as Everton and West Ham – both of whom are said to be on the lookout for new managers.
However, for the time being, it looks as though Benitez is happy to stay put.
